  I had a terrible experience with the staff here unfortunately. Daniel and Anastasia specifically. They are clearly incompetent and directed me to do the wrong data transfer which elongated transfer process for two hours. I would avoid by all means

  Most of the employees were helpful and courteous. The main person that "helped" me was condescending, rude, and arrogant. He could not be bothered to explain a simple policy about why something was not covered under warranty.
