    I went there to drop my laptop off for repairs. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for someone simply to take my laptop. I ended up leaving without dropping it off because I had a date and couldn’t wait any longer. Totally absurd.

    Pushy salesman convinced me to buy an Apple Watch with a band that doesn’t fit me; my size was out of stock and I was about to leave. He told me the Medium/Large band would fit my small wrist. Within a week it had stretched out and now I’ll have to waste $50 buying a band that fits me. He was very smug after he made the sale, saying “See, that’s good customer service!” Actually, it’s deceptive salesman techniques focused on immediate profits instead of long term satisfaction. I should have listened to my instinct and waited until my correct size was back in stock.

    Worst Apple Store experience. The staffs were lose, I brought a big iMac in for trading in. No one stepped up for help, and staff were sorta just hang out there. The trade in was within 14 days window, I showed them the tracking info but they refused to credit to the order. The reason was given was it's an online order and the trade in is supposed to be shipped rather than bringing in to the store. The answer makes sense, but apple has never made their trade in rule clear that the trade-in item needs to be absolutely returned through the travel kit. In reality, I believe the store manager has the flexibility and authority to give the flexibility/accept the trade-in in store. Instead of giving the convenience to the customers, the manager refused the request. Based on other reviews, it seems the manager at this store has never been kind to customers.
