The vet assistant as well as the veterinarian were really nice , but honestly vets here have a disadvantage by being close to the border where we will continue taking our pets. Better prices

- GGGlendaMay 26, 20263.0I normally have a great experience at this veterinary clinic, but unfortunately the receptionist’s body odor was extremely noticeable during my visit. It made checking in and speaking at the front desk very uncomfortable. Personal hygiene is important in any workplace, especially in a client-facing role where people are in close contact. I hope management addresses this issue professionally because it does affect the overall experience at the clinic. I’m keeping her name out of this but if it continues to happen I will have to and will address her manager in person. Would have rates them a 5 star but couldn’t after that experience.

It's an unassuming place, but you're in great hands with them. Always easy to get in touch with their team and we always receive great care. They're also deeply empathetic and kind. We've also had some scary foxtail moments years ago and Dr. Illel was an absolute wizard with those. Probably saved us a lot of pain. Thanks :)
