- ANAV NguyenAug 25, 20261.0Omg, you can never call them to book an appointment and the booking page is such a nightmare! It never works after filling in tons of info and they still ask you to call in to book at the end, but they never pick up, so it’s a circle!!!
- MTmarie taylorAug 25, 20261.0Don’t go there for the free exam that they offer they willl do a half ass job they won’t really help you and they judge you and look down on you for not having money they do the bare minimum to help you I went there for the free exam I’m the hopes to get some help for my dog that is in pain and instead of caring to actually help like your job is about they gave me hardly any info and what they did tell me was common knowledge about where else I can find help for my dog DON’T go here if you don’t want your dog treated like it matters only if you have money
- KCKelsey CamarataFeb 29, 20245.0Took in my newly adopted dog for an appt. The assistant and vet were both incredibly patient and encouraging with my shy and timid dog. Much affirmation and praise. Tried IB Pet Hospital with our other dog and experienced the opposite. We will take both dogs here in the future! Couple more notes: Front desk staff could have been more welcoming, but nothing deterred me away. Information is easily displayed, including emergency vet contact. Overall I would highly recommend this vet hospital.
