  I wanted to start off by saying I’ve only had good experiences until today; I went to have my cats ears cleaned and see if there was anything going on; the tech came out after I had waited 25 mins past my appointment to tell me she was confused and refused to see my cat🤔 I asked why she was confused and explained what I had told the receptionist when I called. I had been taking my cat to get groomed which entails him getting his nails, and ears cleaned; I didn’t know they were unable to clean his ears. So all this time ear wax is building up and I look in his ears and I’m concerned; the Tech said she didn’t understand 🤔 and that I would need to make an appointment for another day. It was clear she wasn’t there to help; we were in the way of their schedule. When the receptionist overheard our conversation she offered another appointment which I could not accept due to time restrictions. I will not be back; I guess even if you make a tech appointment and they don’t want to deal with you they will make you wait and cancel your appointment. I hope things get better!!!

  I find Lauren and Caroline have the most outgoing Beautiful Smiles, and they're both eager to help you and take care of your problems, , I know what it's like to being a good receptionist it's the first People You Meet before you go in to see the rest of the staff , and they make you feel comfortable, and I can honestly say these two women are really great at what they do, they always no matter how big or small they're willing to help me and answer all my concerns, thank you Lauren and Carolyn, there should be more receptionists like you out there. And I really enjoyed Dr Jones and her staff in the back they're very knowledgeable and keep me informed on every needs of my dog. I highly recommend Bay Park veterinarian

  My girlfriend and I are in over our heads with three kittens that were found in a parking lot. Noticing something might be wrong we came to this VCA for help. What an amazing experience. From the front desk to the tech to the Vet, everyone was so kind and helpful. This group of people really do care about your animal, and they prove that through their actions.
