- JGJ Gonzales6 days ago1.0FRAUD AND NEGLIGENCE — Used Phone Sold As New** Bought a "new" phone here in July. It's refurbished—security deliberately disabled, kernel from 2025. They promised a tier one promotion phone, gave me the cheapest model and charged me $100+. Then overcharged me repeatedly, added insurance without consent, shut off service during my paid bridge pay, and kept texting false amounts I owed. Worse: Because the phone was compromised and unsecured, someone hacked my bank account and tried changing my contact info. The security breach happened because of their negligence. I'm going in today to demand a full refund. If they handle it in good faith, I'll update this. If not, I'm posting everything—the technical proof, the fraudulent charges, the bank fraud attempt emails, and filing FCC/AG complaints. Note: The five-star reviews here are suspicious. My experience shows a pattern of predatory billing and knowingly selling defective equipment.
