Saory has always been friendly, super helpful and very knowledgeable. Today she helped me learn why some incoming text messages were delayed for many hours.

This is by far the best cricket wireless phone location that I have been to in all the years that I have been with cricket wireless! Saory was exceptionally very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and patient throughout the process of helping me and my wife purchase new cell phones. Her customer service skills by far over exceeded our expectations on this visit to this location and this should not go unnoticed! Thank you Saory for being very courteous and understanding on helping us purchase our new cell phones and thank you cricket wireless for hiring such a great professional store employee!!

The girl that works there is scamming . she has a missing a tooth I got her name of the receipt it says Saory, long story short my father got a phone and she included $230 acc and he only got a screen protector and a flimsy case. She said she can’t provide a receipt but it’s all a lie I found the invoice text message DELETED . . Buyer Beware .
