  Went today to put a phone on my plan and the girl messed it up so bad we don't have service on that phone after paying 60 plus dollars. The phone was supposed to have two lines on it and she went and canceled out the one phone number that we needed the most. So I literally went and paid $60 for absolutely nothing. Update: I just called 611 and they said they only received a payment of $25 where did the 40 go!? Also they changed my PIN number to my account without my permission nobody else has access to it. I'm about to go to Metro.

  They were great I had a problem with my phone did not know how to fix it myself went into the store and the gentleman fixed it for me
