  I just needed to get new prepaid phone plan and I tried t mobile and it never worked, customer service nightmare so I got refund and found this place right by my house Bella was super friendly, helpful wasn't pushy and I was out door in less 10 minutes with phone service. Beware of Total Wireless next door they aren't friendly and read their reviews I definitely recommend going with Cricket, I tried others first and this was best experience by far. Ask for Bella

  I just went into cricket wireless and I loved how welcoming they were I just walked out paying less than I wanted too I switched from total wireless PLUS they’re unlimited in Tijuana/Mexico ! See Marbella or Gilbert They know their business! 110% the best cricket store and very very clean !

  Check your receipt. They charged me for insurance, 3 weeks later i go in to rectify a cracked screen. I didn't have my receipt and was told i had no insurance, bring proof its now 5 weeks later i found my receipt yes i was charged for insurance. Cricket tells me to get over it and wait until an open enrollment. Really i paid for insurance. Tbe female clerk made tbe mistake but is trying hard to refund the insurance premium. Her supervisor does not have the balls to call me nor does cricket customer service. They suck
