I didn't have my receipt and was told i had no insurance, bring proof its now 5 weeks later i found my receipt yes i was charged for insurance. Cricket tells me to get over it and wait until an open enrollment. Really i paid for insurance. Tbe female clerk made tbe mistake but is trying hard to refund the insurance premium. Her supervisor does not have the balls to call me nor does cricket customer service. They suck
