  Vivo en Tijuana y vine hasta acá para reparar mi iPhone con AppleCare y la atención, el servicio y el tiempo de reparación fueron excelentes. En México me habían dicho que solo aplicaba el cambio de la parte trasera pero aquí examinaron mi equipo con cuidado y detectaron que mi pantalla también era aplicable para la reparación. Lo dejé un par de horas y lo dejaron como nuevo.

  repair for laptop. Received it back with scratches and dirty, not how I sent it off. Disappointing. Even the person who helped me said they should have cleaned it off before bringing it out to me. Wont be back to this location

  I am tired of having to speak out. I'm tired of it being an action. I'm tired of it being a subject. I'm just... tired. Racial profiling in America is bad. However, when you're dark and black, you can barely breathe... unless you're entertainingly polite. A mask. It's exhausting. I go in to Apple today, and my children were getting personally guarded by the security there. When I left in a rage, after staring him down for only 5 of the 30+ minutes that he spent staring down my children, as they roamed as children do... I say, "thank you for the personal babysitter!" it's SICKENING that I have to teach my children what it's like to be black in America. At this young age... he notices I'm starting him down after minute 2... after I reposition myself in my seat- to make it very apparent that I am staring into his soul- hawking him as he is doing my BABIES. Who, after I told to sit down, because they were scaring the security guard (as a joke to lighten MY mood), got up to roam the store. Because they're right... why should they be subdued to sitting on the sideline, as they watch everyone else enjoy their shopping experience? So, with a heavy heart, a deep sigh, and a guarded pride, I let them get up to look around the store. The security guard who was initially positioned by the front door, watching my children from his side view, while also faced towards and watching me... moved his position to the corner of the store, where he could watch all three of my children- and did- swinging his head left and right, directly at my children. I notice this after seeing that he had left his first position... I figured there's no way hes gone, with the way he was just staring at them!! Surely enough, sadly, he positioned himself behind a huge sign, out of my line of sight, but in the perfect spot to watch all 3 of my children. We can't shop in peace. I have anxiety shopping in public. I do most of my shopping online... and still feel like a buster because I'm supporting the same businesses that look at myself and my children as criminals. America... can I breathe?

  Their customer service is nice but tgeir repair department does not seem honest. I sent in my device for a battery replacement. The device was purchased new from the apple store and was never serviced. Was functioning properly. However, when technicians “ analyzed “ the device found it “ modified in such a way” that needed 300$ more than originally quoted for battery replacement. Apple products are good and reliable until you need to use their services.
