  Awful experience. I was ignored by all workers. They’d ask everyone for help but me and walked past me as I said excuse me or asked for help. For sure a micro aggression because of my skin color. They’d be quick to help white customers but didn’t mind ignoring me and making me look dumb standing there waiting.

  I don’t think you can get it to work without it getting a little too much out of your system so you can get the rest of your life’s stuff out there and then just get the money back from your parents or whatever and you can pay for the rest of it if that’s what you want to do with your life and you don’t have a lot of stuff you can just do it yourself or whatever it is you don’t have a problem

  It took us longer to get a parking spot than to be services and out of the store.

  After two disappointing experiences at the Carlsbad location, we decided to visit the Apple Store at the UTC mall. It absolutely worth extra drive to the store. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. Jonathan (there are a few reps name Jonathan in the store, he is the bald one with a cap, his words, not mine 😊) was incredibly patient and easy to talk to. I’m not very tech-savvy, but he took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through different Apple Watch, something the other store never did. He helped me find the best one for me. He also helped my daughter compare a laptop and iPad, which made a big difference in our decision. Mag and Alejandro continued that same level of excellent service. While waiting, I noticed how attentive the staff were with all customers. A special mention to the security guard, who kindly opened the door for me twice when he saw I use a cane. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. I will gladly drive farther just to come to this location again. The service here truly sets the standard.
