  I guess the genius aren’t really around anymore however I got a guy that was amazing and he helped me out tremendously. I highly recommend this location and set up a reservation. I forgot his name or I’d give him a mad shout out cause this guy was really good.

  Very disorganized even when you have an appointment gauranteed at least 20-30 min wait before anyone can help you. Wated time twice without being helped after 30 mins, never going back to this store

  Consistently more than ten minutes late to scheduled “genius appointments” with no time updates or follow up provided. Honestly pretty insane that I’m stuck coming here to a multi trillion dollar operation and they can’t figure out how to staff properly. I am writing this review still waiting, 20 minutes after my supposed appointment time

  Fui a comprar un iPhone, ya sabía el modelo. Solo tenía que hacer el pago y la actitud de los vendedores fue nefasta. Me hicieron esperar en la puerta y después me acerqué a otro vendedor que me refirió con otro, la actitud fue nefasta, arrogante. Como si de verdad me hiciera el favor de venderme el celular.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this Apple Store was extremely disappointing. When I walked into the store, I passed several employees who looked directly at me, yet not a single person greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. I eventually had to walk to the Genius Bar, sit down, and ask someone if I could get help. This was my ninth visit in the past year to have my charging port cleaned because it repeatedly becomes clogged with debris. I wasn’t demanding a free replacement—I simply wanted to have a respectful conversation about possible solutions for a recurring issue. Unfortunately, the manager’s approach was argumentative rather than helpful. Instead of listening and trying to work toward a solution, he compared my situation to a car gas cap and turned the conversation into a debate. I remained respectful throughout and even told him that I wasn’t there to argue, only to find a solution. I understand that policies exist and that the answer may have been “no,” but customer service is about listening, showing empathy, and treating people with respect. I left feeling unheard and disappointed by the experience, especially from management.
