  If you’re looking for a new TV, I highly recommend working with Rosendo at Best Buy, San Carlos. I recently went in to replace a TV I’d had for over 10 years, and it quickly became clear just how much the technology has changed. While I had a general idea of what I wanted, I knew I needed some guidance—and I’m very glad I ended up working with Rosendo. Today’s TV market is full of options—LED, Neo QLED, OLED, and more—and it can be overwhelming if you’re not up to speed on the latest tech. Rosendo is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and efficiently, without ever being condescending. He took the time to understand what I was actually looking for and guided me accordingly. What stood out most was his honesty. He ended up saving me a considerable amount of money—not just on the TV itself, but also on installation. He clearly explained what I didn’t need, as well as what would genuinely benefit me. He could have easily upsold me on unnecessary add-ons, but instead focused on finding the best solution for my needs. That level of integrity builds real trust. He also pointed out benefits of my Best Buy membership that I wasn’t even aware of—like having a window of time after installation to make sure I’m happy with the TV, with the option to exchange it for a different size or model if needed. That gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. Most importantly, I never felt pressured at any point. For example, when it came to the extended warranty, I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Rosendo let me know I could always add it later, giving me time to review options and make the right decision. I walked away feeling confident that I made the right choices—and that was entirely due to Rosendo.

  Outstanding Best Buy TV Buying and Geek Squad Installation Experience. Best Buy is an outstanding store for high-quality consumer electronics and appliances, often offering unbelievable and irresistible deals. Our family has been a regular Best Buy customer for many years, and I have been a die-hard Sony fan from the beginning. We recently purchased a Sony BRAVIA 8 II 65-inch OLED TV, and the experience was outstanding. Rosendo was the main person who made this buying experience exceptional. He took the time to understand our requirements, patiently guided us through the TV model and size selection, and helped us choose the right Sony TV for our home. His knowledge, professionalism, and customer-focused approach made a big difference. Gregg and Esdras also provided valuable insights that helped us feel confident in our decision. The Geek Squad installation experience added tremendous value. Josiah and Jason arrived promptly, showed great care and patience, and handled the installation with excellent professionalism. Because of my specific requirements, their time and work extended a bit, but they were extremely cooperative and accommodating. Overall, the Best Buy sales and Geek Squad installation teams did an amazing job. I am an extremely satisfied customer, and my happiness knows no bounds!

  Lack of care. Ordered an "excellent condition" open box laptop. It didn't come with a power cord. I was directed to buy one. The price of this Non OEM universal charger made the open box the same price as a new one. That's not excellent condition! On top of that, it seems to have been the floor model which was nasty. Nobody even bothered to clean it. I made a long trip out here to pick up something where I was duped and dumped with the associate not caring about anything. Boo. Returned - And for salt in the wound, the $10 rewards that I was able to apply to it was lost on return.

  The selection of electronics at this store is impressive, and the staff is generally helpful when you need assistance. However, the checkout lines can get quite long, which can be frustrating when you're in a hurry. Overall, it's a decent place to shop for tech, but be prepared to wait if it's busy.
