- CRCristhian Reupo6 days ago1.0La peor experiencia que he tenido aquí en esta tienda, soy cliente ya hace varios meses, y hoy fui a solicitar el número de cuenta y transferencia, y la mujer que me atendió, solo me dió el número de cuenta, regrese por el número de transferencia y se negó a darme, ella habla inglés y yo español, me dijo que yo le debía de hablar en inglés, se negaba en todo momento en ayudarme, le pregunté su nombre y me lo negó, y al salir me dijo una grosería fuerte en inglés, que si lo entendí, me gustaría que capaciten o cambien de personal, que verdaderamente tengan ganas de ayudar y atender a los clientes, no ponerse con esa actitud.

She's patient, friendly, and most importantly understand my needs.
