  OMG , Where do I start , a small kitty was abandoned on one of my streets , so to help him survive I took him in, the next few days I noticed something wrong with one of his eyes so I took him here to VCA of San Bernardino, the vet that saw him prescribed something for his eye days passed and didn't help his eye so I called requesting to please prescribe a different better medicine for his eye left a message 2 days 3 days passed so I called again now they are telling me I need to come back again if I want a better medicine! Pay them again for a visit .This is not acceptable, they charge $75 per visit plus meds. I am trying to do the humane thing for this little animal but I already spent almost 200 . Why can they prescribe him something his condition is the same. Besides they are the ones who had let more than 4 days passed without calling me back about this issue. All I am saying is they should have more compassion for animals and situations like this. I have other animals at home that I was going to start bringing there but seeing this no never again they lost my busines!.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Took my dog there because he seemed to have difficulty breathing - like his nose was stuffed up. The doctor spend maybe 5 minutes with him - sent my dog for x-rays. When x-rays were clear, suggested a CT scan. Total cost was $608 and no answers. Took my dog to another vet - they spent 15 - 20 minutes with him and diagnosed him - got meds for him immediately. Found out from new vet that I was not told the truth about other issues my dogs had - could have solved minor issues that are now bigger issues had my dog been properly diagnosed. VCA is always upselling to make a profit.....

  This place is awesome!!! I have been taking my pets to this facility for over 10 years. Really friendly staff and veterinarians. Dr. Berardini, Bogh, and Vaccarello (Paul) are the best!!!

  Had a very good experience here. I had a time sensitive procedure i needed done on my cat. The women who answered was very helpful. She got the procedure scheduled within less than a week and she quoted me a price within my budget. I have a very scared cat and Dr. Paul did a very good job of handling him and Dr. Paul communicated with me every step of the process. This place exceeded my expectations in every way.
