  We have a home and business in Vancouver, Canada, Seattle and in Sacramento but prefer VCA over any place we have visited. We cut our stay short in Canada, specifically so that VCA could see our dog. The staff at VCA are kind, professional and really listen to our concerns. They work with us to keep costs down and to provide the best care our dog has received anywhere. Highly recommended.

  I need to file animal cruelty charges as all 3 vets intentionally tried to kill my dog refusing an antibiotic for a common UTI. They saw labs with bacteria and said they could not diagnose it and left her with pain every day for months until she leaked urine to give her kidney disease. Then when I reported it they gave a med but insisted I buy online which delays as they refused to approve it online and it takes over a week to mail. They get more money from repeated visits making your dog sick. I have had other incidents here as well. Then they get angry if you report it and yell at you. DONT bring your dogs here. It’s a racket. I did better at diagnosing and requesting diagnostics as they won’t recommend them to try to find out what’s wrong and they ignored the 3 markers in the results. This is criminal and a fraudulent business. My dog shakes in fear when brought here.

  We had teeth cleaned and 3 pulled. He is doing well. They take care of my diabetic dog as well she is doing well I love dr Sharon Chandler she really cares.

  I have trusted this team with my beloved pets for quite some time, and they have consistently provided exceptional care.
