  Love VCA Mueller as O have been here before for emergency services. Called for appointment and schedule for 2 weeks out however they called me back 20min later with an opening at noon. Genuinely appreciate them making an effort to get me in same day. I believe I saw Dr Son? And he was great, detailed explanation and approach to my dogs care.

  The tech that helped with all the paperwork and Dr. Kahn and Dr. Lisac. Everyone that was involved in taking care of Diggy. Amanda. I'm not very good with names but anyone and everyone that's helped Diggy during this most recent stay and her past visits and stays there. Thank you all 💙💙💙 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 I thought I'd be saying goodbye to Diggy that day. Thank you so much for everything. Losing a pet drained the life outta me last time. It would've made it hard for me to concentrate on/in school.

  I had to put my best friend down and they were very respectful and helpful with my situation. I appreciate the staff and all that helped, I got him cremated and the urn was perfect and I was extremely surprised that I got a paw print. I tried doing it myself before taking him in and the print kit wasnt working. Thank you very much

  I would not recommend this clinic based on what happened to my dog. He is a tiny Chihuahua-Yorkie, only about 10–15 pounds, and during an attempt to catheterize him, he screamed continuously for roughly 45 seconds. Hearing a small dog scream like that while undergoing a procedure was horrifying. I understand that urinary catheterization can be difficult and uncomfortable, especially when there is an obstruction, but I expected the staff to manage his pain, use appropriate sedation when necessary, and stop or reassess when he was clearly in severe distress. I trusted this clinic to treat an animal who was already scared and hurting. Instead, I walked away deeply disturbed by how the procedure was handled. That sound has stayed with me, and I would never want another pet owner to experience what I did. If you bring a frightened or painful animal here, I strongly recommend asking exactly how they plan to control pain and anxiety before allowing any invasive procedure.

  After leaving another pet urgent care, I came to VCA Mueller in a panic. They took my dog after we had been on the virtual waitlist for less than an hour and got him seen within minutes of our arrival. I am incredibly grateful for the urgency, compassion, and exceptional care the entire staff showed us. Every doctor took the time to call me throughout the day with updates, and during my visits they thoroughly explained everything that had taken place and answered all of my questions. Most importantly, every staff member made me feel confident and at ease leaving my dog in their care. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern made an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable. I can't thank the team at VCA Mueller enough for the outstanding care they provided.
