  I really like the dr. charn . I now have both of my cats at Vca Mueller Pet Medical Center. I will keep bringing both of my cats. I made a good choice and glad i changed from the Vet i was seeing . thank you VCA Mueller Pet Medical Center they make you feel very welcome to the Staff

  Just a suggestion, there should be some kind of a priority list for those pets who are regulars. I have been bringing my dog to this clinic ever since he was a puppy for the last 6 years and I have to wait weeks or a month for an appointment with a doctor. It’s not fair for my dog to wait so long to see his vet (or any vet in this clinic, since it’s sometimes not possible to see the same one). Sometimes bringing him under ER is the only way to get him seen sooner, but even those waiting hours are long and other pets may take priority. I understand that those pets may be more critical, but there must be a way to prioritize those who are regulars as well. I trust the doctors; I just wish it would be easier to see one at this clinic.

  We had to euthanize our 17 year old dog at Mueller. He lived a very long and healthy life and a lot of it was due to the help we got, both in urgent and in on goign care, from Mueller in his elderly years. They treated him with respect, individualized attention and when his problems looked incurable, creativity (including but not limited to creative application of ketamine to help a jaw problem that was preventing him from eating). Everyone was extremely helpful and caring but special shout out to Dr. Klein who saved our dog's life and made his comfort and health in his last month a personal mission. The techs were also great, efficient and compassionate and the over-worked people at reception were always friendly, knowledgable and helpful. It's not a bargain price-wise but the care is worth far more than we paid. There are few others I would trust, both for urgent care and for general well being of your animal.

  Not enough good things to say about this team. Our dog got into sugar free gum with xylitol and had a large and toxic dose. We brought him in and he was immediately seen, everyone was calm and clear about the severity of the situation, and their course of action. He was hospitalized overnight and we called for updates in between their calls with updates, they never seemed annoyed and always answered all our questions throughly and with kindness. Our dog is going to be ok because of the quick and professional action from the entire VCA staff. Thank you!!! 🐾🩵
