  My one star is more for the mobile hotspot device that I bought from them almost a year ago. I tried leaving a comment with the company on their product but that went nowhere. They just kept sending me in circles so I'll leave the comment here. If you're looking for a mobile hotspot device, don't get theirs cuz it does not work. I am not a heavy data user. I only use it to answer my emails when I'm away from the office on my computer. Go somewhere else. Save your money

  Went into the new location to switch from metro, so happy I did! Fabian was super helpful and friendly getting my new phone set up and setting my son up with my old phone! Great service and an easy phone buying experience. Thank you Fabian!

  Lied to me, bought a phone with full payment, just after two months because of the poor connection of cricket decided to go to another career, I realized the phone is locked. When I called they said you have to use cricket wireless at least for six month then your phone will be automatically unlocked, but they never said that at the time of purchasing the phone though I told them I need unlock phone. Had really bad experience Never recommend to buy phone there….
