  Esta tienda ha cambiado mucho su atención al cliente, antes te atendían en el momento especialmente cuando ya eras un cliente, pero no ahora hay más enfoque en los nuevos clientes, si eres uno con tu propio equipo y necesitas ayuda tienes que agendar una cita haber si te pueden ayudar, no hay seguridad que te puedan resolver, muy mal por Apple,

  Terrible customer service. Was told in store to grab product off the shelf then go to order pick up. I grabbed it off the shelf and went to order pickup and they told me my order wasn’t ready??? What was the point in me grabbing it myself??? Never buy thru Apple. Always Amazon. Lesson learned

  I am incredibly grateful for Lucid and the help he provided at the Apple Store. I came in needing to add accessibility features to my mom’s phone after she had a stroke and was no longer able to use her phone as she had before. Lucid was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. He took the time to set up the phone so it would be easier for my mom to use and made what was already a difficult situation a little easier for us. His compassion and willingness to help truly meant so much to me. Thank you, Lucid, for making a difference when we really needed it!

  I had a very disappointing experience at your Apple Store today. I waited for almost an hour for help because I needed assistance choosing and purchasing a laptop for my wife. Instead of helping me, the employee was rude and kept telling me, “I can’t stand here with you—you have to do it yourself.” If customers are expected to figure everything out on their own, then what is the purpose of having staff available to assist them? Because of the poor attitude and lack of customer service, I left the store without buying the computer and wasted my entire day. This was completely unacceptable and not the level of service I expected from Apple. I am requesting a specific response from store management regarding this incident, including what action will be taken to address this employee’s behavior and prevent this from happening to other customers.

  Run by greed and bad service. I ordered a repair part of a single AirPod and quickly called support same day to cancel it. The nice lady on the support line communicated for me that service was not needed anymore BUT the part already shipped and to just return it to any Apple store for a refund. 05/04/26 I arrive to return the part. The box was sent to me smashed and the girl “helping” just disappeared for a min to come back to flat out tell me they can’t refund it since it’s Repair and to call Apple support again…? I don’t feel understood and felt quickly brushed off. They didn’t even access my Apple ID/Account to confirm anything or learn of my situation. I feel misled and being given the run-around. It makes me feel like never buying an Apple product ever again.
