    This is the second time I have experienced this issue at the Apple Store on Arden Way. I made an appointment the day before, arrived on time, and still had to wait nearly 90 minutes before a technician assisted me. I was pleasantly surprised when a young employee stepped in to help a lady while also assisting another customer. That level of initiative was appreciated and showed that it is possible to support multiple customers at once when appropriate. It raises the question of why technicians cannot assist more than one customer during periods when diagnostics are running or while waiting for systems to process. During those times, several employees appeared to be chatting with coworkers instead of helping waiting customers. To be fair, the technician who eventually helped me was extremely professional, helpful, and immediately apologized for the delay, which I appreciated. However, I asked several employees about the wait time, and they mentioned that waiting 40–90 minutes beyond an appointment time is normal at the Arden store. Appointments should provide customers with a reasonable expectation of timely service. I hope management reviews scheduling and staffing practices to improve the overall customer experience.     -10 experience. Placed and paid in full for a online order for pick up for 430pm same day at 2pm, arrived early at store at 3pm, was told order isn't ready and they cannot expedite. Waited until 5pm, 2 hour wait, for them to go into their closet and pull out the item for me. What a joke. What was so hard about getting the item early? You guys assembling it from scratch back there? There was no line at pick up counter lol 😆 Biggest joke ever. Don't go here.

    I had a bad experience with this store years ago, but since I was in the area and it’s close to where I work, I decided to give it another try thinking maybe things had changed. I went in to have my AirPods 2 replaced after they were accidentally washed inside my lab gown. I arrived before my appointment time, checked in, and explained the situation. Despite that, I ended up waiting about 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. When someone finally came to assist me, I had to explain everything all over again. He left for about 5 minutes, then came back just to tell me they couldn’t replace it in-store and that I needed to call Apple Support instead. So after waiting nearly an hour, all I got was a phone number. It would’ve been helpful if the employee who checked me in had mentioned that from the beginning so I didn’t have to waste that much time waiting. They had the AirPods in stock but still refused to replace them. In the end, I just contacted Apple Care Support myself. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this store again. I guess things really don’t change even after all these years..

    The guy with black manicure was helpful but too annoying. He sad was a bad day with a lot of wierd people. And he continued -"almost everybody is wierd". Lost too much time for phone replacement that I bought one day before because of the low store inventory

    Dear Apple Customer Relations / Corporate Support, I am writing to formally report a very upsetting experience I had at Apple Store. I recently lost my Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max, which is covered by insurance, and I visited your store seeking assistance regarding my options and the next steps in the replacement process. I came expecting professional support and clear guidance. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. Because I do not speak English very well, I felt dismissed, mocked, and treated with disrespect during my interaction with store staff, including the manager. The way I was spoken to made me feel humiliated and unwelcome. I left the store feeling hurt, frustrated, and unsupported. I want to be clear: every customer deserves to be treated with patience, dignity, and respect, regardless of language barriers or background. My experience at this location did not reflect the customer service standards I expected from Apple. I respectfully ask that Apple review this incident, investigate the conduct of the staff involved, and take appropriate action to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding: * The proper process for receiving assistance with my insured lost device * Whether my complaint will be formally reviewed by corporate customer relations * What steps Apple will take to address concerns about respectful treatment of customers I have always respected Apple as a company, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I look forward to your response.
