  I just discovered this bike shop. Great people are working there! I brought them my new Pinarello F7 bike that I bought online and they gave me great overview about my electronic shifters Di2 and explained me conversion of my wheels to tubeless. They were busy with their own clients but still gave me time and need care. Highly recommended!

  Customer service is below par. Spent over 400 dollars to have bike fully serviced new tires, new brakes, new hand grips. I now have low air in tires and was told that's what tires will do sitting for a few months. I have had it hanging on hooks not standing on ground and I'm asked to bring back for them to look at. The guy was giving me the run around I said can you just look up my name in system to see exactly what type of tires were put on, he asked if i had a trek i said no gave the modle of my bike hesitantly he looked up and the nonchalant said oh yeah they were tubes. the air stems that they put on at service, never told me they change so the air valve attachment I have doesn't work, told to "try this" handed me the adapter "and see if will hold air". Also when originally came in for service I was pretty much ignored while the 2 guys asked my husband all the questions until I interrupted and said excuse me, this is my bike not his then they started to direct the questions to me, very disrespectful. To say the least I will not be returning to this store and going to REI. Works customer service I've experienced in the bike world.

  Not once did I feel pressured to buy a bike and yet i still received all out service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get into bike riding as they answered all my questions, helped me pick the right size bike, made useful recommendations, and even suggested further research if i wasn't ready to purchase.
