  Stopped in without an appointment to see The Geek Squad about some computer issues I was having. Had to wait about 10 minutes but the problem was resolved quickly and I was out of there.

  I love how our TWO TVs that we bought less than a month ago quit working with no visual but with audio…BOTH of them!…but nothing can be done because of the return policy. Just over 2 weeks later. Love that. Just wonderful! 10/10 do NOT recommend using a big name brand for crap quality products

  A couple weeks ago, I went to this Best Buy with my daughter to look for an SD card for her digital camera. We waited quite a while for someone to help us, and when an employee finally came over, he had a very poor attitude from the start. His customer service skills were honestly disappointing. We were told he was the only person “knowledgeable” in the camera department, but instead of being helpful, he spoke to my daughter in a rude and impatient manner while she was simply asking for advice. That is the whole reason we asked for assistance in the first place. I was very disappointed with how we were treated. A little kindness and patience go a long way, especially when helping customers who are trying to learn. I would have liked to speak with a manager about his behavior. We will not be returning to this store.

  I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nichole F., Specialty Sales Manager at the Roseville location of Best Buy, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and kindness. As a customer needing help with a TV return, I was truly impressed by how smoothly and efficiently she handled the entire process. Nichole demonstrated exceptional customer service, strong leadership, and a genuine willingness to help. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and well-managed. It’s clear that Best Buy made the right decision in placing her in a management role. In my opinion, she goes above and beyond expectations and is highly deserving of recognition for her outstanding performance. If I had the opportunity to speak with her supervisor, I would strongly recommend that her efforts be acknowledged and rewarded. Thank you very much, Nichole, for your excellent service, you made a real difference in my experience.
