  The worst service I try many many time to buy apple products impossible ,have people take your name but the are not be able to help I give up go to another store to buy apple The customer service terrible Idk who is the manager or the store but they need to change You always see the store full but service bad bad

  Yesterday turned in 3 items to get a new Iphone. The associate named Lucky helped me an was amazing! He was super personable and knowledgeable and made my purchasing experience even better than I expected. Thanks Lucky!!

  We walked in today for an connectivity issue between the Apple watch and the phone, at 1 pm our estimate waiting time wad 2 hrs 40 mints to 3 hrs, at 4 we been informed we should served in 15-20 mints. We left the store at 5pm , it's took the tichnechen 5 seconds to solve the problem , if the recipecent wait to listen to the problem he could save 4 hrs of our time, but it seems they don't care. I'm glade not an I phone customer they are sucks.

  The worst of its kind I went there to buy a iPhone I was paying the full price but unfortunately the staff was standing and staring at me I told them that I want that and they just keep me waiting there for no reason

  It might just be the best phone buying experience I have ever had. It was busy for sure so we had to wait a bit but it was worth it as our guide was focused on us, knowledgeable and friendly. Had the patience to guide an old guy like me to make feel comfortable with my purchase. I have bought a lot of phones in my life, first time from the Apple Store only buying iPads and computers from them before. They transferred the phone on my t mobile account seamlessly. I may never buy from another store again. Thanks to the incredible team and manager at the Roseville Apple Store. True professionals.
