Long time customer here. Went through the usual wait and expense. Initial vet was awesome. Called the next day explaining medication side effects (diarrhea) and pain unmanaged (shaking, limping, tail tucked, dog visibly in pain-the reason dog was seen 15 hours prior, dx with sprain) and on call vet refused to help with pain because dog seen by a different vet. Offered surgical referral or to come in (3+ hour wait and of course more money) to be seen again for exact same issue. No help whatsoever and dog just left in awful pain. Extremely dissatisfied with this I-couldn’t-care-less response. Angry and disgusted at this drs lackluster, uncaring response. Iced my dogs leg and sought care elsewhere.

The team here is incredible. I had to bring my 15 year old, Malii-Boo, in due to respiratory distress. I camped out in their lobby for 24+ hours. The front desk is great. One of the openers even offered to get me Starbucks with her order since she knew I had been there awhile due to living outside of the area.
Sarah keeps the place looking so fresh and clean! Can you imagine all the beloved pets that come through there?! But you’d never know!
Dr.Fultz took incredible care of Malii. And she is so compassionate; an incredible human. Because of her, I have been blessed with more good quality time with my girl. She also offers a safe, supportive, and understanding space to discuss when “it’s time”, what that looks like, and how some families handle it versus others. I’m grateful Malii landed in her care.
Post visit, the office kept in communication with me to ask for updates on Malii which was unexpected. This is how I “met” Sierra. She is wonderful and extremely attentive. Super responsive and seems very organized. Her and Dr.Fultz make a lovely team.
I also recently was acquainted with Pao during a follow up visit who is, shocker, also wonderful. Very good at fact finding and gathering all the necessary information for the visit. And a kind person to interact with.
It’s been a very hard time but this location, at all points from hanging out in the lobby to navigating the unknown, has made it a little easier. Thank you, ACC!

I brought my large dog here w/ what looked like a heart issue/emergency and turned out to need spleen/liver surgery and a few days stay. It was touch and go for awhile and I was sure I'd lose him. In the end we didn't and I am thankful for all the work the staff did. Everyone was extremely communicative, compassionate, and were available at all times I had questions. Front desk staff was very kind, the lobby is relatively comfortable, and there's coffee/tea for long waits. I was here for an emergency only, but definitely recommend them for that. They did phenomenal given the stressful and uncomfortable conditions and I am very thankful. I felt well taken care of, never in the dark, and supported. They are very expensive BUT I have pet insurance so I had to pay up front and will get reimbursed. Please, everyone, have pet insurance so you don't have to make difficult and devastating decisions like I almost had to make. P.S. Dr Camille Lehmann was specifically AMAZING.

My idiot cat found a piece of plastic ribbon outside and decided that it would make a delicious dessert, despite a full food bowl. One intestinal blockage later, and I return him to VCA RP for emergency surgery (that's right, it's not his first visit).
Every single staff member I've encountered here has been incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. I was half-delirious bringing my silly boy in the middle of the night so I don't remember many names, but Jordyn in particular was incredibly friendly. Great communication from the entire team pre-, during, and post-surgery. Not cheap, but worth every penny. Made a stressful experience super smooth. Thank you.

I cannot speak highly enough of this location. The front staff are so sweet, supportive and caring. The techs, nurses, and the veterinarian did an amazing job triaging, diagnosing and caring for my baby girl. The wait times were shorter than what they said, but I still expected to be what they said. We all have emergencies with our fur babies and we expect immediate results but working in the medical field I completely understand prioritization.
I also take one of my fur babies here for the cardiologist. Dr. McDonald is amazing experienced and wonderful with him. I highly recommend this place for regular care and emergency care.
