The Tasting Room is our roastery and headquarters. We moved here in 2017 from our original roastery just around the corner and have been serving coffee on the Eastside ever since. Named 6th Best Coffee Shop in America by Food & Wine in 2019 and voted #1 Coffee House in the Inland Empire by the Los Angeles Times. All of the coffee for our locations is roasted here weekly on Chicago Avenue. Come by early in the week and catch a roast. Stop in to drink fresh coffee, watch our team work, attend public cuppings on Tuesdays, and enjoy our food and pastries menu with burritos, avocado toast, fresh baked pastries from The Bakehouse, and more.
