  Never in my life have I been treated this way. To make a long story short, I went in two weeks ago for an ear cytology and ear cleaning because my dog had an ear infection. Never mind the bill, which came to nearly $900. Before I left, they scheduled a follow-up appointment for two weeks later, which brings us to the day of the incident. At the follow-up, Dr. Tasmina said my dog’s ears were looking better, but that they needed to run another cytology to determine whether the infection was still present and whether we needed to continue the medication. She then started talking to me about CareClub plans for dental cleanings. I told her I was already enrolled in CareClub, and she said she wasn’t sure and would send one of the technicians in to look into it. This is where the story really unfolds. After checking, I found out that my CareClub membership had been canceled. The reason? They don’t even know! Keep in mind that because my membership had mysteriously been canceled, I’ve been charged for every visit and service that should have been covered by CareClub. At this point, I was furious. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager? On a Monday from 11:45am to 2:00 pm was not there. And here’s the cherry on top. They were so busy, and I was so upset, that it felt like they just wanted to get rid of me. They took my payment, and as I was leaving, I asked, “What about the cytology results?” No one knew. One of the receptionists told me to go home and that they would get back to me. Since they usually call the next day with results, I left. Did I ever get a call? No. Did I ever receive the results? Also no. Did the doctor ever follow up with me? A big fat no. So I went back today and asked for a manager, who, once again, was NOT THERE. (I’m not sure if April is managing this place from home or what.) From the receptionists, to the technicians, to the doctors, to the manager who is never there—there was zero accountability, zero responsibility, and not even a simple apology for the inconvenience. So I requested all of my dog’s medical records and left. Will I ever be back? NOOO!!!!!!!

  This is the only Vet that my German Shepherd would walk into on her own. While the staff Dr Juan and Jose and all the other crew have been great to me, I go with what my dog recommends. She has recently passed from old age. I know she would give two paws up🐾

  I have used this VCA vet office for my other cats. Now I have a 8 month old cat and I like the place. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and the back office techs are great. The veterinarians here listen to you and care, really care. You can pay less but for the few dollars more your pet gets quality care.

  Dr. Aguilar and all of the VCA staff have been awesome. She has taken great care of our 1 year old dog, Nova, ever since we got her as a 9 week puppy. She recently did the spay and everything went great. Highly recommend this location, they all seem to really care about the animals they serve. Thank you!
