  Greatful to be able to take my cat here. Was able to get a appointment for my cats breathing problems a day after, wasn't an emergency at the time but needed a visit soon. Never been to a vet but everyone is kind and I had called frequently about how Kitty was doing. Today I had to take her in for an emergency visit cause she was just getting worse, they took away my emergency fees as we actually had to put her down and didnt want me to feel like it was a punishment taking her in. Very thankful for that and thank you for trying to help us out with Kitty and being hopeful. Very caring vets and had quick appointment times, the times I needed her in they said a day at 8am or could do an emergency visit if they could.

  I took my French bulldog Lilly here for emergency and the staff and veterinarians are absolutely amazing.I highly recommend this place for your pets needs

  Caring and attentive staff, the environment was welcoming and clean. They even offer a free first time appointment which was amazing! This was my first time coming in since I had an emergency and they had availability but I will definitely be coming back in the future!

  I’m sharing my experience to help others avoid a similar situation in the future. Exploitive Pricing: I was disappointed to find that this clinic refused to provide a quote for spaying my cat over the phone, while other local clinics offered upfront pricing. After undergoing their “wellness check” process, I received a quote exceeding $500, whereas other facilities in town quoted around $200. This significant price difference raised concerns about their pricing practices. Cleanliness: The facility itself left much to be desired. It appeared unclean, and the treatment room for my cat was visibly dirty, with fur from previous animals still present. I was particularly alarmed when a staff member uncapped a needle using her mouth before administering a vaccination. This lack of basic aseptic protocol made me question their training and practices. Given their high prices, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and safety, including the use of gloves. Ultimately, I’ve decided to take my cat to another vet, Millville Vet, for her spaying. I strongly advise others to consider their options carefully and avoid this clinic.
