- RAR Arellano3 days ago1.0Dr. Swan was a very nice person to deal with, I really liked her. But after the 4th rude incident with her staff up front, she lost our business. Very rude women on the phone and both dogs will never go back again. She was nice, her staff was rude. Bye
- JTJ TavisSep 13, 20265.0One of our dogs woke up in pain and unable to walk on a holiday weekend so we took him to VCA Asher. Dr. Swann was amazing. She was very thorough and did a great job explaining the situation to us and making recommendations. She kept us updated and prepared us for a cancer diagnosis in a very empathic and compassionate way instead of making us wait several days to have the conversation with our regular vet. We so appreciated her. The staff was fantastic too. I highly recommend Dr. Swann and this facility.
- PWPatrick WestripSep 11, 20265.0My big boy cat PV was having respiratory problems. Of course it was on a three day weekend. Of course it was going to cost alot. During my call it was ok to see him the next day. I did some house cleaning and got him away from my art space . On vist day he was taken in and I had a dr. Or PA .I forgot to ask. They took exrays and poked around in a fat mass next to a old wound. All good exrays and no cancer. Didn't get his boosters because of him not feeling good and current health problems. It is so amazing how the dr. And staff listened to my discretion of his caughing. Not hairball. So long story ,he is doing great and myself and the other cats are as well. No more pinstripeing or lettering in the house. But he is having fun jumping back up on table in the middle of a project. Thank again. See you all soon.
