  I love this place for the variety are products that they offer especially electronics. However, I struggled getting help from the staff finding what I was looking for.

  Bought an HP printer to print large mixed letter/legal files. The salesman understood my needs. Got it all organized quickly. The Geek Squad's Steve set the printer up perfectly. I printed my first big job the next day It went without a hitch. Very satisfied with Best Buy!

  Carson was extremely helpful. I gave him vague descriptions of what I needed and he was able to interpret it, as well as be spot on with the recommendations. I got exactly what I wanted and was very happy. I plan to go back for more tech items. I appreciate his patience with me and lack of knowledge. He made me feel ad a valued customer. Thank you.

  Was just in here for 15 or so minutes and out of all the many employees there not one asked if I needed help. Some seem to not want to make any eye contact unless they're talking it up with co workers. Not the first time this has happened. I gave up and walked out.

  I waited at the store for a person to assist me for over 15 minutes. Upon delivery, They did not balance the refrigerator and it has make loud noises off and on since. A week later, I called the store to ask about the warranty and had the WORSE experience with an AI person. she kept repeating "can you repeat that" or "I did not understand" for nine minutes. I asked for a person, a human being, someone with a brain, stated I will never buy anything here again, I would like to file a complaint but nothing worked. I pressed every key on my phone hoping it would redirect me. I gave up and hung up.
