  The selection of electronics at this store is impressive, and the staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable. However, I found the checkout lines to be a bit slow, which was frustrating. Overall, it's a decent place to shop, but just be prepared for a wait at times.

  There is a person of dark tone who is selling chocolate outside and he mocks you if you buy nothing from him. Should have him removed.

  My experience was wonderful and with the help of a employee named (Candy). Excellent customer service, takes pride on helping alot, always with the biggest smile and really cute, for her customer satisfaction I'll say the highest there is, it helps to show what customer experience actually means, stays calm to find the best way to complete that task with a customer, Gives her entire attention to that person in front of her, and she is really reliable in all situations. My feel to know that she is loyal and trustworthy person as an employee of best buy. Consistently demonstrate that she cares about her job. My experience was so awesome thanks to Candy for her help. Thank you thank you. There so many good people out there like Candy as a example.

  Edward the manager has the worst customer service in the world. He treats you like a thief,not like a customer. I had my receipt and he refused to refund me and daid policy for refunds have to be at the store you bought the item from. I asked for the manager ans he said there's no one above him in the region. Now Chris the other manager has perfect customer service.i hope they put Esward to go cut boxes in the back where he's nowhere near customers.hope edward learns from chris .i

  I actually had good service up until it came time for me to have my computer. I ordered in store, asked for delivery, Ontrac delivered to the wrong person, and it's been in limbo for a week. They tell you something about a verification dept that no one can call and doesn't call you in the 24-48 hours they tell you they'll contact you in. Store employees lie and say your new delivery was approved, just to find out there's still a hold. It shouldn't take 5 days to release a hold for a computer and no one at the company will talk and explain what's going on. If they can refund the thing, they can have it delivered. Edit: they responded to this the next day after I posted this review. They canceled my order and denied my refund/replacement the next day. Their verification team never contacted and this is after the follow up request was submitted because they didn't contact me. They chose bad reputation OnTrac and refuse to give me anything for using a delivery service that doesn't have actual employees and a reputation for terrible service with their deliveries. I wasn't able to get any info regarding their investigation on anything to prove the order actually made it to the right apt.
