  One word: Jenna! Wasn’t even sure if I was going to buy an iPhone but Jenna was so amazing knew it like the back of her hand and made everything so easy for me! So lucky to have someone as caring and genuine as her at this store that kind of service is rare.

  Was closed teparary but down near the kids train was the temaray apple store and was very clean and nice service was good and told us our phone was low on storage and got a higher storage

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the Apple Store in Victoria Gardens warrants one. Last week, I purchased a new MacBook Pro for my daughter’s birthday. The sales associate told me that if I brought in her old Mac, I would receive a $220 trade-in refund, and that as a student she could download the UNiDAYS app and receive an additional $100. When I returned this evening, the employees handling the transaction told me there was no student offer. The same employee who sold me the computer was still working, so I brought him over. He confirmed what I had been told and showed the other employees the promotion on his device. Even after that confirmation, the staff said the only option was to issue a $100 Apple Store gift card instead of honoring the original offer. After an hour of back-and-forth and multiple employees getting involved, I was given two choices: either receive my $220 trade-in refund and a $100 gift card, or accept a $320 Apple Store credit. I ultimately accepted the $220 refund and the $100 in merchandise because I did not want to continue arguing. The service was further undermined by the behavior of one employee. When he became frustrated, he slammed his phone on the table, said, “I’m not gonna deal with this,” and walked away. That was unprofessional and unacceptable. The MacBook itself is excellent, but the service at this store was disorganized, poorly trained, and inconsistent. Apple is known for customer experience, but this location did not meet that standard. Three stars because the original salesperson was honest and tried to help, but the rest of the experience was disappointing.
