Sometimes the “geniuses” forget how to be nice and then comes this other genius who compensates for the previous one’s mistake.

An honest review ! After waiting one hour in line, we were told they are not accepting cash, they guy outside said he will place us the first in line after we come back to deposite our money, he didn’t keep his word, we were placed at the end of the line . After waiting another 30 minutes, we finally got in, they don’t have the phone i want, neither they have appointments to fix my apple watch ! When i said i need to fix my watch, Robert only replied (we can’t fix it here, you gotta go to Brea) when i argued with him he finally said that they only have appointments after 5 months because they are not in their original store! It was a very bad experience, the two stars are only for the sales guy because he was trying to help as much as he can, and he was nice

For some reason, Apple doesn’t offer great service in its stores; instead of wanting to assist you, the advisors sometimes seem to avoid you. And when you do manage to speak with one of them, their attitude is generally one of haste and pressure, conveying the sentiment: “Are you going to buy something, or do you want me to go attend to another customer who is already ready to make a purchase?” This creates an atmosphere that makes no one feel comfortable , even if you have already decided which product you want. Sometimes questions naturally arise that you wish to ask, yet posing them doesn’t seem to be something the salespeople in these stores appreciate very much, though I still don’t understand why. Unfortunately, I always have same feeling in apple stores.

Accused of Scamming after following staff instructions. Terrible management. I had a nightmare experience at Apple Victoria Gardens on 4/24/26. Me and my family tried to purchase an iPhone 17 Pro Max using gift cards legally purchased from Target. 1. Incompetent Guidance: The staff, Jus**n, couldn't process one of our $100 cards. He instructed us to use that balance to buy an "in-store gift card" instead. We followed his lead, but the new card still didn't work. He then told us to pay the rest by credit card and call support for a refund later. 2. Insulting Phone Support: When we called Apple Support as instructed, the agent (Dani*l) told us we were given "incorrect information" by the store and even implied we were part of a "scam." We were treated like criminals for following Apple’s own employee's directions. 3. Dismissive Management: We returned to the store to seek help. The manager, A*dy, was incredibly passive. He didn't even try to find Jus**n or verify the situation. He told us "this happens sometimes" and suggested we just use the $100 online. No apology for the "scam" accusation, no effort to fix the $100 stuck in limbo. As an Apple user since the iPhone 4S, I am appalled. To be told "I know it's unfair but I can't do anything" by a manager after wasting hours of our time is unacceptable. Avoid this location if you expect professional service or accountability. After experiencing this entire terrible process, I honestly feel like you guys are the ones who are more like scamming.
