  went in today to see if they can help me with my phone cause the battery might be damaged anyways didn’t know I needed an appointment to ask questions but I asked the lady in the front I didn’t have one and I needed technical help and she’s like okay the line is there I stand in line she didn’t say anything about needing an appointment to get some answers anyways finally I go up to a man and he didn’t even let me finish my sentence the once thing he said was do you have an appointment I said no I didn’t know he was being so rude he was African American if anyone knows his name but very disappointed he couldn’t at least ask me what was wrong with my phone then went to the next person to help. ZERO STARS horrible service this happened today 9/28 next time atleast try to care and help

  Ana has to be hands down the best employee at this facility. Always super helpful, gives me the best guidance/ tips on navigating through my devices, and has the best attitude hands down! I highly Recommend asking for her for all your Apple needs!

  I would give 0 star if there is an option. Terrible staff, unorganized arrangement for pick up. Way behind schedule. The staff just don’t care about customers

  Here to “pick up” the new iPhone with “strict” reservations time that’s running really late. Why bother have time restrictions if you can’t keep it. Worst experience!

  I went in today to get my phone replaced, one of the worker helped me and got the phone I needed replaced but I couldn’t do it then because I forgot my password for my iCloud so I went home and came back an hour later which another employee helps me and he was no help what’s so ever , I honestly don’t know why they hire someone like that , in other words they sold the phone I was gonna get a replacement for , David was the gentleman who helped me first and was more helpful than the second guy
