  I took two newborn baby kittens for their first visit to see if they were sick or healthy and they didn’t do a full check up or run any tests all they did was check their weight and heartbeat and gave them their dewormer stuff and when we told them that we were concerned about them pooping and they didn’t even take that like they haven’t been pooping and now on Sunday one of the baby kitten passed away yesterday the second baby kitten passed away they even said that I could give baby kittens water and they charge us 182 for what just a couple looks at the kittens and dewormer stuff I think that they did a horrible job they didn’t do anything for the baby kittens and they told me that they were very healthy how would they know if they didn’t run tests and did a full exam listen to the vet about giving them water when there mother doesn’t give them water so there mother left them behind and we found them and started formula replacement for baby kittens and then we took them to the vet to be told that they were healthy and nothing wrong then they ended up dying

  Paid over a $1000 to bring my dog to Nepal with me. A USDA CERT vet had to do the health cert. her paperwork go rejected at the airport due to incomplete information.

  Horrible customer service. The vet may be the best ever but I'll never take any of my pets here. Apparently if i want any information about cost regarding specific lab work I need to pay $60 to see the vet. I ended up calling another vet for the info I needed (cost $0).
