- MCMargarita CasillasSep 24, 20265.0I drive to this vet from El Cajon because everyone is so nice & attentive. We just adopted a kitten back in July & am so grateful for everyone on this team!
- TGtabby gazipuraSep 4, 20261.0We will never be going here again. We’ve had the worse experience. If you love your animal(s), do them a favor and go somewhere else. The front desk people are rude. The vets suck. Took our rescue for an exam and vet looked at her for 5 mins after making us wait 30 mins. The people there give us misinformation and charge us up the ass. This place is all for profit not for your pup.
- CMClara Mills-RominesJul 24, 20261.0Looks like we have to find a new vet as this one is certified by the USDA for screwworm certifications, but will not issue them…
- ECErin ConnellyApr 27, 20265.0I have to say I wasn’t fully sold on this location until today! I had a panic attack looking for the medication for my dog in cvs… have in mind I’m borderline agoraphobic and have social anxiety in places of uncomfort… the vet on staff understood my situation and actually met me outside the cvs where I was curled up crying she took it upon herself to comfort me and actually purchase the medication I needed for my dog. I’m so grateful for the understanding and comfort she truly went above and beyond not just for the care of my dog but for the care of me too.

You don't have to accept all the treatment plans 2. Even customer service people are human, sometimes you get what you give. 3. Payment terms are clearly noted, you wouldn't take kindly to your boss being in a difficult situation and asking you to accept a payment plan for your paycheck. Businesses have bills to pay just like everyone else. I do not work here, I have owned animals for most of my lifetime. If you are going to have a pet it helps to realize that they ARE going to need emergency care at some point. Make sure YOU are prepared to handle any situation that arises. It is YOUR responsibility as a pet owner.
