  I had a fantastic experience at the Stoneridge Mall Apple Store today. I went in torn between purchasing a new device or resetting my current phone, and I was lucky enough to be assisted by Alberto. Even though I ultimately decided not to buy a new phone, Alberto remained incredibly professional and patient. He went above and beyond by quickly securing a Genius Bar appointment to resolve my phone's technical issues. That is where I met Josue, who was just as wonderful. He walked me through every detail and handled the full reset and restoration of my device. I was truly impressed by his expertise, kindness, and patience. Even though the store was very busy and he was helping multiple customers simultaneously, he managed the process so smoothly that no one felt ignored. Both Alberto and Josue are true professionals—exceptional service all around!

  Checked out Apple Watches, particularly the Ultra 3, for about 45 minutes. Not greeted, not smiled at, not asked if I could be helped. I walked out.
