  A very busy store indeed on a Friday afternoon in late September 2026. This place was teeming with customers. Probably the busiest store on the entire Stoneridge mall! There was an iPhone demonstration when I was there. Well spoken with enthusiasm! A great Apple outlet.

  Couples employees was good 👍 Someone jugs by the color from country I do not like color to see then getting costumer service not nice why to to do it business in USA.

  This store compare to others in bay area is quite slow. 1 person to give pre order iPhones for a line of 9+ people. Lot of employees looking busy but no attention the big queue.

  Very busy place. I went there to pick up an online order and had to wait for over 20 minutes. And the salesperson was also training someone. So, overall it took me over 30 minutes just to pick up. The people working there were professional and courteous.

  Very very poor service, i came to buy mac book air 15, waiting for 10-15 minutes no one came , just sometime someone came and said ‘wait’. Eventually one man came and said we have it available , just select storage. When i said i need medium 16gb, he checked and said not available and not available for all types . No other suggestion to come back or order online .. so so strange and bad servive , waisting me much time in store without any result. the store in thursday morning about 1120-1145 when i came filled with very very few people to come .
