Needed help with a device and stopped by the Apple Store at Stoneridge. Despite how busy the store was, the entire process was smooth and efficient. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in finding the best solution rather than rushing through the interaction.
What impressed me most was the level of patience and expertise. Every question was answered clearly, and the associate took the time to explain my options in a way that was easy to understand. The customer service felt personalized and professional from start to finish.
The store was well organized, easy to navigate, and had a great energy. It's clear the team takes pride in creating a positive experience for customers, whether they're making a purchase, getting technical support, or simply learning more about a product.
I left with exactly what I needed and a much better understanding of my options. Experiences like this are why so many people continue to trust Apple for both products and support. Highly recommend the Apple Store at Stoneridge!

The "manager" who helped me was less than pleasant. She needs to find a different job where she doesn't interact with the public.
Belkin Lifetime "Free" screen protector is a SCAM (DO NOT BUY)
When I visited the apple store, the employee sold me the screen protector ($40 USD) telling me you can get "free" replacements, but today when I went on the Belkin's website and request a "Hassle Free Replacement", it costs a $9.99 shipping fee, with $0 for the actual protector. I literally asked the employee that I can damage the case every day and get a new one for "free" and he agreed. Today when I went into the apple store to request a refund, another employee had to call their manager claiming that the screen protector was indeed "free", which is correct but they didn't give a shit about the mandatory shipping fee, and refused to issue me a refund. The "free" replacement is actually just a bullshit lie to sound good for paying customers, and now I've learn a lesson to never trust something that sounds too good to be true. Be warned.
