- ALAnthony LuceroJun 30, 20262.0This review is for the Apple Pasadena Genius Bar, their supervisors, and their manager. My HomePod 2nd generation began playing/pausing music, pausing media, and acting on its own accord. While my HomePod was no longer under standard warranty, I took it to the Genius Bar hoping for an answer. They couldn't reproduce the problem. That is completely understandable. What is not understandable is that they returned my HomePod to me, damaged; I can no longer pair with the HomePod. I spent almost an hour on the phone with Apple Support. They advised me to bring it back to the store where it was damaged. Apple Pasadena offered me 10% off the retail price of a new HomePod... The manager did not want to speak with me. So left. I wrote emails, now they're not responding. A solvable problem has snowballed into an almost 2-month session of (mostly me) emailing with someone I can only assume is not the manager. This has left a terrible taste in my mouth, and if I decide to continue to purchasing Apple products, it will not be from Apple Pasadena.

After 40+ minutes, no one came by to help. Walk out. Ended up buying something else as gift to elder. Don’t bother coming in. Lot of pretentious people and workers have attitudes.

They said I needed to buy a new device that the antenna was damaged (without even opening it) I took the thing to the guy in the mall. He open it changed the screen in29 mins and showed me where the antenna really was. Once again the employees at apple 🍎 lied to me.
