  Went to Apple Store last week and everyone was kind except for one super condescending and rude lady claiming to be a manager named Crystal. Someone with 0 people skills and this rude should not be working in customer service. Disgusting behavior.

  Every time I visit the Apple Store in Pasadena, I leave disappointed. Unfortunately, it seems like customer service has been an issue on every visit I’ve made. The biggest problem is that there doesn’t seem to be much genuine care for the customer. At times, it feels like employees are simply there to collect a paycheck, while customers are treated like another number in a massive corporation. You can voice your concerns, but it often feels like nothing will really change. And honestly, that’s the most disappointing part. It’s sad that this is where customer service has gotten. At this point, it feels like Apple knows they’re so big that customers have very little leverage. We’re just expected to accept it. Good luck if you visit—and hopefully your experience is better than mine.

  Will never come back to this store again. Terrible service at Apple Pasadena. I spent 1 hour and 45 minutes there on 9/26/2026 (11:00 a.m.–12:45 p.m.) for an Apple Watch pickup and trade-in. The employee struggled with the trade-in process and took over an hour just to remove my old watch from Find My. He handed me a 46mm watch instead of the 42mm I ordered and had me cancel and reorder to fix his mistake. Only afterward did he say my trade-in couldn’t be attached to the new order for 24 hours. His solution: pay full price and come back another day. Yet when I got home and tried ordering online, Apple’s website showed that the same watch could be attached to a new order as a trade-in. My order was correct. The store made the mistake, gave me conflicting information, and expected me to waste more time fixing it. Unacceptable service.

  You all made my day today, really thought launch day would be a nightmare but things were very smooth and fun. Shoutout to an exceptional staff. There was even an employee that was on leave but there to get the new phone who helped me with setup! I forgot everyone’s name, Im sorry! But 10/10 experience.

  This was originally a 1-Star Review. My experience started with incompetence and then transitioned to disinterest and crescendoed to arrogance. The ending is much better. After being told the wrong information again, about an hour later I received a message that the parts for my phone had come in. I went to the store and the woman who helped me was wonderful. My phone was fixed in two hours with no problems. The initial experience was rotten but thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the last person. It worked out.
