- JQJeanette Qi2 days ago2.0This is probably the most unfriendly Apple Store I have been to. Staff do not help you when you walk in and talk among themselves. They only talk when you ask but get irritated that you interrupted them. Would not go to this one if you have to.
- SLShaoteng Liu2 days ago1.0Appalling service and disorganized check-in system — waited over an hour for nothing! Terrible experience at this location. I came in with a scheduled appointment at 3:45 PM to get my phone repaired. I checked in on time, only to be told to wait. After sitting there for over an hour with no assistance, I went to check with the staff, only to find out that their employees had checked me out during a shift change, completely removing me from the queue without telling me. I was left waiting indefinitely because of internal miscommunication, and my broken phone was never looked at. Wasted over an hour of my valuable time due to sheer negligence and poor staff handover processes. Management really needs to fix this broken system and retrain their floor staff. Extremely disappointed!

- DSDeepa SenSep 18, 20261.0Picking up a phone was a nightmare - despite getting clear messaging about a pickup time, waited about an hour before the phone arrived, and the staff seemed completely clueless about how the process should work. Will never be doing direct store pickup from here again.
- FFFrankSep 1, 20261.00/5. Visited 1 hour before store close. Saw 7 employees, included their manager, gathered at the lobby and chit-chat and ignoring customer. After reached out and saying my phone is cracked and wanting to use my apple care to fix. Did not check anything but just says we're booked out and closing "soon" so don't bother to check at all. What an arrogant attitude and frustrating user experience. I don't see how they hire so much staff and still unable to help customers within normal business hour.
