  long waits and they don’t honor your appointment time. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. I can’t believe any apple store is so horrifically managed and this is a shame to apple

  i love the design of the store, really clean, many employees who offer to help you and they are really friendly! The store got a front and backside, in the front are all new devices in all varieties, in the back you can find a bunch of accessories and the airpods to try.

  Like many others said, customer service here is pretty bad. Came in on a weekday with few customers, more Apple employees than customers, but no one helped me or said anything. I found an Apple employee and was told to wait, ended up waiting half an hour. There were maybe 9 customers in the store. There are Apple employees who hide behind the walls doing who knows what. Was told repair would take 2 hours so I just hung around but it ended up taking twice as long. One of the few Apple stores where it feels like you are the employee and the Apple employees are the customer. Totally unprofessional

  Rating: 0/5 Stars (If I could) I am beyond outraged by the absolute lack of professionalism and the dismissive attitude of the staff at this location. I recently invested heavily in the Apple ecosystem—buying a new iPad Pro, MacBook Air, and an Apple Watch—only to be met with zero support when it actually mattered. I was misled into believing the Apple Watch was waterproof, when it is merely water-resistant. When I came in to address this, the staff was condescending and unhelpful. It is no wonder this store feels empty; with customer service this poor and rent prices sky-high, it’s a massive waste of space. I usually buy my Apple products at Costco because they actually value their customers and have superior return policies. I only came here for a specific color, and I deeply regret it. This experience was so toxic that I am seriously considering selling everything and switching to Samsung. Save yourself the headache: go to Costco or switch brands entirely. This store is a sinking ship and the "service" here is nonexistent. Outrageous.
