  I’ve never seen such a poorly managed Apple Store in my life. There were barely any customers yet there were no sales associates willing to grab products to purchase, as they were all either socializing or walking around pretending to be busy. The short chubby one standing in the center’s primary role was to hold an iPad and avoid eye contact while doing literally nothing. I asked him if he could help me and he told me to stand outside in the queue. Mind you there were about 8 customers in the entire store. Mind boggling ineptitude.

  Do not wait or get in the line outside in front of the door if you get this place for picking up. D enter the store instead and find an agent inside and tell them I am here for picking up then they will help you. There was a guy by the gate navigating people including me to wait in the line outside under the Sun for a long time. Do not waste your time and just enter the store. Do not listen to agents waiting at the gate.

  I am extremely disappointed with how this Apple Store handled a fraudulent transaction involving my stolen credit card. On Saturday, my purse containing my wallet and credit cards was stolen. The thief then went directly to this Apple Store and used my stolen card to buy more than $3,000 worth of electronics. What I find particularly disturbing is that the person making these purchases was a man, while the name on the card is clearly Victoria. For such a high-dollar transaction, I cannot understand how this did not raise any concerns or prompt an employee to verify the identity of the person using the card. I understand that stores have different policies regarding identification, but allowing someone to make a $3,000+ purchase with a stolen card under these circumstances is extremely concerning. Even a basic identity check could have prevented thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges. I strongly believe Apple needs to review its procedures for suspicious, high-value purchases and provide employees with better training on recognizing potential fraud. This was an incredibly frustrating experience on top of already having my belongings stolen.

  Apple has great products, but I went with my dad a while ago, and I must say, their service is awful. We were going to get an iPhone exchanged for a newer purchase, figured we would drop it off and then pick it up later. Well, when we went to drop it off, we had to wait 20 minutes just to talk to somebody, (while sitting on a extremely hard seat against the wall), and then that person disappeared, came back 15 minutes later and took the phone. Then, we came back later, around closing time, maybe a half hour or so before, and though somebody came to us right away, after they went to go get the phone, we were left sitting on uncomfortable chairs, waiting for the phone for maybe a half hour. We were the last customers to leave the store, and we missed movie plans because of the disorganization of the service at this store. It was 1 hour of my life that I will not be getting back. I would not be adding this review if bad service hasn’t happened at millions of other apple stores, however this was the absolute worse experience I have ever had, and I would not go back here.

  AVOID. Terrible customer service and a condescending attitude. Their reps don’t believe you or try to gaslight you into believing there’s nothing wrong with your phone. Brought my phone in for a speaker issue, explained I had a repair already which didn’t fix the original problem. The young man helping me had the bravado to tell me he heard nothing wrong with a deadpan expression and reluctantly brought his manager in, who also offered a half-assed solution and showed a general lack of trust or care about my phone’s sound issue, which I only purchased a year ago and took good care of. Moved to Dallas recently and took the phone in, not only did the reps acknowledge there was a sound issue they offered different repair options and a full refund for the repairs and the option to trade-in if the problem persisted again. Absolutely unbelievable. The difference in professionalism and attitude was like night and day. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. Will be reporting this location to general management.
