So rude! I was devastated and I had no help. They hung up on me, never had that happen to me before.

Chris was great help. He was really busy and alone and still was able to help everyone in a timely manner. And he got me a really good phone on a great discount! Best customer service. Coming here always !

Come to this store! My phone was acting weird and I couldn’t figure out what was happening. I was running some errands when I saw this Cricket store and I decided to stop by to get some help. Brian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed my phone quickly and explained to me what was happening while doing so. I decided to get a new phone since I was having so many issues with it and it was pretty old. He helped me pick out the perfect phone and accessories for me. I don’t know how else to thank him for all of his help. Thank you once again Brian for all of your assistance!
