  WAY better experience than going to the Verizon store to add a line/phone. I was greeted on entry, put in a queue and was seen like 5 mins later by a specialist. Fast, efficient, and very helpful.

  Leaving a nice review for Letty who helped me with my iPad. Super nice and patient with everyone despite all the clients needing her help. Would come back for her help she knew what she was doing 👍

  It’s been a rough few days. But the employees at the store were very VERY grateful, & helpful. And even though they helped me get through it, I made sure to leave the store with a smile on my face. A few bugs here and there. (Not phone wise. IYKYK.) 😂😂 but after the whole ordeal, I came back yesterday, & told them of the situation that started it all. They were happy. I was happy myself. Told them now I need a battery replacement. Email that the part had came in, but of course I did not want to leave my phone. Even if jr were to fall in the wrong hands. Came in, and no later than 45 minutes (which I was ok with. Worth the wait.) they took my phone to the back, & started working on the battery repair. I was estimated an hour if I remember. But I waited a bit more time. Met with the rep. & he handed my phone back to me. ‘John? Your phone is ready.’ Here I am waiting. Patiently waiting for them to bring me my phone. Old Battery Health? 87% New Battery Health? 100% Happy! Content!! Thank You Apple El Paseo!!! By the way, I told one of the representatives yesterday that I would be back early in the morning. (Today.) & that was a fail. ‘We were looking for you morning, but we’re glad that you made it in today!’ Because I told them I would be back early in the morning. (Today) & that was a fail. Still glad I made it tho!! LOL.
