  Wish they would update there website it says they're open until 5:30 ... im here at 5:11 after driving 30 miles what do you know they're closed and the sign on the door says they close at 5:00 ....

  Best vet I’ve ever experienced! My puppy was having some mouth pain that wouldn’t let up so I decided to get him checked out. I’m not a huge fan of my current vet so I wanted to shop around for my new little guy. With the first exam free special they have going on I made an appointment with VCA. They were able to make me an appointment the next morning. Upon arriving, the staff were gentle and so sweet with my clearly uncomfortable pup. Dr. Duran took my little one back, I could hear my poor baby crying for some time which was heartbreaking but when he came back in he held 2 big fox tails that were digging into my little one’s gums. He assured me that he got them all and would also check his ears. I cannot explain the relief I felt knowing he had found the problem. When it came time for payment I was expecting quite the bill. Instead they honored the free exam, didn’t even charge me for the removal of the fox tails, gave a free dose of flea, tick and heartworm prevention. All I had to pay for was the anti-inflammatory meds. This was shocking to me considering my vet visits at my (now former vet) always felt pushed to get the most expensive and never ending list of medications, treatments, testings and procedures. I always felt like an awful dog mom for not choosing the most expensive plans. Not at VCA, there was no pushing, no guilt trips. They simply found and addressed the problem, fixed it and sent us on our way. I am excited to transfer my older gal to VCA and look forward to giving my treasured pets the best care possible. God bless Dr. Duran and the wonderful staff. Thank you for fixing up my sweet Paco Taco!!!!
