    Just want to give a shout out to Bruno! He was so helpful, patient and professional. My husband and I had gone to another Best Buy previously with a complete different vibe. Everyone was super nice at this location; makes a difference. Thanks Bruno!

    Today I called the store to get more detail information about an item that I need. Their AI assistant was not able to answer my question and it would give me information that I already knew. I ask for an assistant and it would not connect me to a live person. After asking several time for help, it hanged up on me. I called two more times asking for a live person in different ways and it hanged up on me. I guess they are so busy on a Wednesday that they can’t help a customer who wants to spend over $500.

    Fast service just went to pickup a phone and they had a designated spot for pickup. I went around 8 pm so I was the only one there for the pickup but it seemed the rest of the associates were charging the other regular checkout quickly as well.

    I’m sure the store itself is fine, but this review is for the flawed online Geek Squad appointment system. I drove at least 30 minutes to my appointment at 4:20pm to get my iPhone battery serviced. I made the appointment online, and selected the reason for the visit. I arrived early at 4:15pm. An employee came out, did not even sit down or look at my phone, and said “our technician goes home at 4:30, and it’s 4:16 now. There’s nothing we can do for you tonight.” She was nice, but it was not helpful. There was no attempt to at least reschedule while I was sitting there, or to offer to keep the device overnight for drop off. Everyone was polite, but the online reservation system was clearly not aligned with available services.
