  My vet was simply amazing and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I had to make the horrible decision to put my sick dog down and it was horrible. The employees and vet were understanding and patient and obviously caring. Horrible terrible day but the staff especially the vet were there for me and my fur baby. They made the situation the most comfortable it could be snd gave me and my neice space to hurt snd grieve. Thank you for your energy and light and love and for doing your most best job during a families hard time. Gypsy and our family thank you.

  Yesterday evening my husband and I were referred to the VCA California Specialists-Ontario on Vineyard Ave. We were greeted by Sarah who was very patient with me. Later we met Dr. Molora after the exam of our 10yr 9 month old Miniature Schnauzer "Ray". She explained that Ray's Gallbladder was in question. Ray has been Diabetic since late 2024. He got Cushings in early 2025. Anyway Ray has been our Grand-Dogger since we bought him in 2015. After further diagnosis we were told he would need an internist to perform the surgery. After discussing the Pros and Cons not to mention the financial burden. We as a family decided it was best to send our little guy to Pet Heaven.VCA gave our family a very nice private room where we spent hours with Ray alone. Amy explained the final cost and the memorial items she was very empathetic and knowledgeable. In the end we are so glad that the experience was very comfortable in a time during our greatest time of sorrow.

  I called at 11:48pm on 8/22. Heartbreaking and cruel response from the woman on the phone. She needs to learn some empathy or get a different job. I called them regarding my cat seeking advice on if I should bring him up because he threw up pieces of plastic. The woman on the phone was short, rude, and clearly upset by the inconvience of actually having to do her job. I explained that he ingested plastic and threw it up. She sighed and said. "Okay and???" And then I asked if she thought I should bring him in. She cut me off abruptly by saying "Well if you WANT to bring him it's $160 for us to even look at him and there are a lot of patients here so if he's stable you're just going to have to sit and wait til we are ready to see him." With the nastiest attitude. I asked her what she meant by stable and she again, cut me off, to say "We can't tell you that without looking at him." 0/5 don't bring your pets here. They obviously are overbooked and hate their jobs. Go to petemerg in rancho instead. They were kind and compassionate, not rude. Maybe train your employees not to be so nasty. I'm sure she'd love someone behaving that way about someone she loved.

  If i could give ZERO stars i would! DO NOT bring your pets here. Everyone there was nice except one particular lady in the front desk who didn’t want to give me her name because she KNOWS she was being completely unprofessional and racist towards me. I will get her name and update this post soon.
