  I had a very concerning and unprofessional experience at this store on August 17th. The employee assisting us, Joel, initially quoted us $450 for a 256GB iPhone 16e. However, when it was time to pay, the total unexpectedly jumped to $600. When we politely asked for a clear breakdown of the extra charges, he became defensive and ultimately refused to complete the sale, telling us to "come back tomorrow." Furthermore, the customer service was highly disrespectful. During our transaction, Joel walked away twice to assist customers who had arrived after us, leaving us waiting without any explanation. Later, he falsely accused my friend of smoking a cigar inside the store, even though my friend was simply holding an unopened, unlit pack of cigarettes in his hand. The store has multiple security cameras that can easily verify this. When I informed him that I wanted to file a formal customer service complaint and requested the manager's contact information, he refused to provide it. Instead, he physically covered his name badge with his hand so we couldn't see it, and then called the police on us over a basic customer service disagreement. I highly recommend double-checking all prices before paying and being cautious when doing business here. I have already escalated this incident to Cricket Corporate and UEI Wireless management.

  Gustavo was absolutely amazing! He helped me find the perfect phone and provided excellent, friendly service from start to finish. I highly recommend visiting this Cricket store and asking for him!

  I bought a cell phone after the salesperson told me I would have 7 days to return it if I didn't like it. However, I decided to return it after just two days because it didn't meet my expectations, and the representative told me they would only refund $50, even though the phone cost $202.46. Complete disregard. Comprei um celular onde a vendedora me disse que eu teria 7 dias pra devolver se nao gostasse. Porém, com 2 dias resolvi devolver porque nao atendeu minhas expectativas e a atendente me disse que me devolveria somente 50 dolares, sendo que o telefone custou 202,46 dolares. Completo descaso.
