  What a garbage store. I made an appointment to buy a phone and waited an hour, only to be told I had already bought one. Bullshit—I hadn't even paid yet. Garbage manager, garbage staff.

  Extremely disappointed with my experience at Apple. I brought my iPhone in for a repair to replace the rear camera and back housing. I received the same physical phone back, but after the repair, I was asked to log back in and discovered that essentially my entire phone had been wiped. My photos, apps, messages, settings, and even my personal wallpaper/screensaver were gone. This wasn't just an issue with something not syncing — my phone was essentially returned to me as if it had been reset. The most upsetting part is that nobody warned me beforehand that my phone could be erased or that I needed to back up my information. If I had been told, I absolutely would have made sure everything was backed up before handing over my phone. I am now potentially facing the permanent loss of years of personal photos, messages, and other important information. I trusted Apple to repair my phone, and I expected the basic courtesy of being informed if the repair process could put my personal data at risk. That warning never happened. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed. Apple needs to investigate exactly what happened to my device during this repair, explain why my data was lost, and make every reasonable effort to recover it. A camera and back housing repair should not leave a customer walking out with their personal life potentially erased — especially without being warned. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Apple.

  Elizabeth provided top-tier customer service during my visit to the Apple Store Today. She was extremely patient and helpful while I was choosing an Apple Watch and band, and she took the time to make sure I found the right option for me. She was also incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and informative without ever making me feel rushed. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely makes the shopping experience that enjoyable. Elizabeth is a great example of what outstanding customer service should look like. Thank you, Elizabeth, for making my experience such a great one!
