- CMcuic medina2 days ago1.0I had a very bad experience with Kim on Monday, May 18 at 7:25 PM. I felt discriminated against solely because of my appearance. It’s very disappointing to walk into a place where I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and be treated this way.

- AAAngelApr 15, 20262.0I stood around for a long time waiting for a staff member to assist. Multiple staff members were huddled in a spot talking amongst each other, not acknowledging customers. Only one staff member with an ipad came and checked us in after I approached them. Even then, we waited a while for someone else to come assist us. There’s really no point in having such a large number of staff if not a single person is greeting any customers and there is also no checkout counter where you can easily locate someone to assist. Customer service is terrible and potential customers will be lost as they are actively being ignored.

The sales person spent a good amount of time speaking to us and answering our questions. He even encouraged us to go to the other Apple store that had the color I wanted in stock so I would be happy with my purchase.

And once again (this has happened to me before), the service is terrible. They are understaffed, and the few employees they do have are completely incompetent. On top of that, I wasn't feeling well, and the woman working at the pickup counter treated me rudely for absolutely no reason. I’m not looking to be her friend; I just want to pick up my phone and leave. It is now crystal clear to me that I will never return to this location, and I recommend that others do the same.
