  Unprofessional and long waits. We waited for two hours even though we had an appointment and then were told they had no technicians. Tarikh also lied to our faces — first saying they didn’t have the battery we needed, but once we pointed out a previous employee had showed us the battery, he pivoted and instead said that they didn’t have enough technicians and therefore couldn’t do the repair. Avoid!

  Why are you closing the Apple Store like at 6pm on the weekend? Like other stores, they are way longer than in Fashion Island. Please extend the schedule..

  Poria here, I had a repair appt scheduled yesterday for my M1 Air to replace the top piece containing the display and Marsden smoothly assisted me with doing this. Given the good quality that laptop was in, he took pictures and placed it in a white wrapper for this issue to be resolved with extra care. Thanks guys, can’t wait for it to be ready. So far, I give 10 stars :)

  I have been to Fashion Island Apple Store several times needing assistance from the Genius Bar, and to pick up new products. Professional expert friendly service every time! In particular a shout out to Andy for amazing service with a smile.

  I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at the Apple Fashion Island store on July 28, 2026, at 6:00 PM. My iPhone screen is cracked, so I scheduled a repair appointment through Apple’s website. During the booking process, I selected the issue with my device and chose one of the available appointment times. Based on the information provided, the repair was expected to take about one hour, so I planned my evening accordingly, expecting to wait while my phone was repaired. When I arrived at the store, it was not busy, and there were plenty of employees walking around. After checking in and showing my appointment code, I was told that I had to leave my phone overnight and pick it up the next day, or come back in five days. That was completely different from what I was led to expect when I scheduled my appointment. I explained that I use my phone for work and cannot leave it overnight. If I had been informed in advance that same-day repair would not be possible, I would never have scheduled this appointment or driven to the store. I don’t understand why Apple allows customers to book appointments that appear to be for same-day repairs if the store is unable to perform them. I rushed to make my 6:00 PM appointment, only to be told that my phone could not be repaired as expected. It feels like my time was completely wasted. I have always expected a much higher level of customer service from Apple, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I would appreciate an explanation of why my appointment was handled this way and why customers are not informed in advance when an overnight repair is required. I hope Apple reviews this process so that future customers receive accurate information and do not have to waste their time as I did. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
