I went in that store and bought a new MacBook Air three days ago. I am not techy and made this clear from the beginning. I had my old MacBook Air and made very clear that I just needed everything on the old laptop to go over to the new one. After taking several trips in there with different questions and having to wait at their disorganized and overwhelmed service desks, it was the last person I talked to today that told me I could have just left both laptops there and had everything migrated. This would have been outstanding information for the very first individual I talked to to tell me, let alone the three or four in between. Why aren't the employees given a very essential script to tell customers in the most basic of situations?

And they called on people who arrived later than me too, even though I made sure to look “available!” What’s the point of making an appointment if they won’t honor my time? Adding 1 extra star because Chris was helpful and solved my issue quickly and efficiently.
