I had seen a promotion online but per customer service rep, I was to go to the store to purchase as my payment was not going through online. The employee told me the cricket store was not affiliated with corporate and didnt have to give me the deal. I asked her if she knew her district managers name and she gave me the deal! How ridiculous. I have been a cricket customer for years and that was the only bad experience I had.
