  It sucks that this is the only place open at. Ight around here for emergencies. I brought my six month old kitten who I loved dearly to this place for an emergency. Yes I understand this stuff costs money and I was somewhat prepared for it. But the problem was they didn't even know what was going on with my kitten and shoved a 3500 bill in my face which I couldn't pay the whole thing so I told them to take things off and I ended up paying $2000 just for them to run test and tell me they still couldn't figure out what was wrong and that it would be another $6000 if I wanted to find out possibly. And the only reason I am giving this two stars is because the girls at the front desk are sweet. Look I run a business and I know things cost money but atleast when I charge someone $2000 I give them a solution to thier problem and not a "I don't know we need more money to figure it out " So end of my story my baby passed away because I couldn't afford $8000 to treat her. My heart is broken she was so sweet.

  I cannot find the words to fully express my gratitude for the incredible team at VCA. This past Sunday, I had to bring my beloved dog in for an emergency. From the exact moment we walked through the doors, they stepped in and immediately treated her with the utmost urgency, care, and dignity. While the outcome was heartbreaking and she ultimately passed away, the compassion the staff showed us in our darkest moments was unforgettable. They were kind, gentle, and empathetic in every single way possible. Thank you, VCA, for treating my sweet girl—and me—with such genuine love and humanity when we needed it most. You are true healers.

  If it wasn’t for this place being open my neighbors dog Chulo would be gone. The staff took really good care of him for a speedy recovery. Thanks VCA

  These people are are so good at what they do. I can't express my gratitude fully. There are no words for how truly awesome the staff are to their clients. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  We are so grateful for the care and compassion we received during such a difficult time. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and truly empathetic throughout the entire process of our dog’s cremation. They treated us and our beloved pet with so much respect and dignity, which meant more than words can express. The keepsakes we received were absolutely beautiful and very touching. They brought us comfort and helped us honor our dog’s memory in a special way. We deeply appreciate everything they did for us and highly recommend their services to anyone going through a similar loss
