Some older white heavy set woman in glasses ignored me when I tried to ask how to check in. Ahmed saw my annoyance and helped me. But crazy that I had to book an appointment when I just wanted my new headphones replaced as they kept dying. Found out I could have skipped going to store and needed to send them in. $150 headphones I bought in April, I had to spend an hour to send back. Next time I’ll just buy cheaper headphones and replace on my own dime. Ahmed though, killing it in customer service. Hope your boss sees this.
