  Jay was helpful but I would avoid the Verizon Workers, the ones in black shirts, they're on their phones and not even asking to assist

  Unprofessional workers. A Verizon worker with blue hair an glasses spoke to me with such a nasty tone when I had asked a question. She proceeded to talk while walking away and I see she had AirPods in using her hair to cover it. Why work as a sales associate if you're going to be rude? what's with these kids and always wanting to be on the phone even at work, so unprofessional. Avoid this location.

  Got my ps5 here, me and this place go way back. Love it here, best of the best. They owe me a coupon tho I’m unc now and I haven’t got not one coupon for a controller. How could you twin?

  I have an appointment but I still have to wait. They only have 2 Geek squad associate. And many customer in line. And the screen says the next available rep is in an hour. Unbelievable!!! What is the use of appointment?
