  Was having an extremely difficult time locating the exact watch I wanted. Tried ordering it through my carrier and it was lost in transit. Finally wound up at Best Buy and the were so friendly! Listened to my sob story, and assisted me with everything I needed to get set up with exactly what I was searching for! I don't have enough great things to say about the exceptional service I received!

  Had to return LG sound bar subwoofer and rear speakers. Was looking for wireless sound system and was told that thi was wireless. When I tried to put it together, rear speakers need wires to connect in order to play. Also, their geek squad was no help all.

  For as long as I’ve been shopping here they’ve ALWAYS processed every return according and quickly. But today, when it’s detrimental they could not provide with a full return due to no cash. Million dollar company yet no money? This was a massive inconvenience for me and will hinder my return to this store. Micro center will get all my money now. Ridiculous, Best Buy do better

  Walked into Best Buy ready to buy an Apple Watch. Asked an employee if they had it in stock — confidently told “Nope, we’re out.” Cool. So I walked out to the parking lot, ordered the exact same watch online for store pickup… and magically it was ready in 15 minutes. Amazing how the inventory appears the moment a website gets involved. Must be some kind of advanced technology the sales floor hasn’t discovered yet. Not mad — just impressed that the parking lot apparently has better access to inventory than the inside of the store. Next time I’ll skip the conversation and just order it from my car like a normal person.

  Nothing better than seeing the actual product in person before you buy! Bestbuy has a wide variety and we went to check out the TV 's and the reps from the manufactures were there! Had a great time and then headed for lunch to discuss our options. Now I can place my order online, have it delivered and installed for free! 😀 And the Blue shirts didn't attack this time! Its nice to have them avaliable, but I dont need to be asked by every employee if I need help. Lol We appreciated that Bestbuy!
