  I booked my appointment for today through the app, but when I arrived, it showed on their end as a week out. I showed them my confirmation, and they were quick to help. Brian at the Genius Bar was especially helpful he sorted everything out and got me a fast turnaround. Thanks to Brian, I still had my issue resolved today definitely a five-star experience!

  I am very disappointed in Apple as the previous reviewer mentioned Steve Jobs would not be resting easy because in fact it is true there are ppl on the floor and do not help out clients that walk in as to my experience HORRIBLE! had prepaid the new iPhone online and walked out empty handed because their dumb excuse that I had to contact my carrier first in order for them to give me the phone I preorder/paid for the night before!save your time and go to Best Buy or target. I never thought Apple could be this ghetto and not help their customers!

  Told two people I was there to buy an iPad. I was told to wait in the iPad section. Stood there for 15 minutes, nobody came. Someone came to help a girl who needed an iPhone, though. She was fine standing in the iPad section.
