  I’m really disappointed with my experience. First, I went to the Apple Store because I didn’t know how to claim the free replacement for my screen protector. The staff did help a little, but they didn’t seem willing or interested in actually helping me properly. I didn’t feel supported or taken seriously. After that, I tried to request the replacement myself online. The website ended up charging me, changed my email and shipping address without my permission, and I couldn’t cancel or fix the order. Because of that, I never even received the replacement product. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I expected better customer service and clearer support, especially after being told the replacement would be free.

  I went to Apple with an appointment today. When I checked in they told me to go to the counter. They helped multiple people that came in after me and had me wait over 25 minutes. I asked if we were getting helped soon and they said you are checked in and helped someone else that had just sat down. Very unprofessional and not very nice. They don't have respect for other people's time and this is not how you run a business.

  Unfortunately I have to give 1 star otherwise they deserve no star. 10 days ago I got appointment and after spending about hour they told me one part of my phone needs to be replaced but needs at least 2hrs. I emphasized I am on call until 7 pm and It's very hard to arrange to be w/o phone for 2 hrs. They told I can go back anytime and drop the phone. Finally I was able to go back. They told me appointment canceled after 5 days🤦‍♀️ and I need new appointment and they need to order back up phone as well!!!!!🤔 when I asked for manager guy was giving me a lot of attitude. Then I came to write review, SURPRISE this location has multiple complaints and 1 star😆😆😆
