    5 Stars for Shaheer, excellent customer service! Please fire Ben, this guy is a total joke and will tremendously damage KPI. Worst customer service experience I ever had. Thankfully I waited around to see if another associate was available and luckily ran into Shaheer.

    Pathetic from Best buy and then they crib thst Costco & Home depot are taking their business, stop being cry babies and better improve service Appliance delivery & installation gone horribly wrong. First the appliance turned out defective so they had to reschedule for exchange, didn't take away the defective product at this time and said will take it back later. But here comes the worst part, the installation guys took out the main door, detaching it completely to bringing in the refrigerator, and at the end they just left without putting that door back, as I stopped paying attention for a while. This is so unprofessional. Tried calling and they said they can't do anything about it Just think from the customer experience standpoint, will I be willing to do any sort of business with you again?

    The legs were not in the box and when I called for support they said I picked it up in store and need to call the store. The store said in the fine print it says open box may be missing accessories. I pointed out legs are part of the TV not an accessory. My only option is to return to the store. How sucky is that.

    My mother's 47-inch TV broke down. I wanted a 50-inch TV to replace it. I looked up the TV prices on Best Buy's website. Got the SKU number of the one I wanted. Went to the store and show the number to a gentleman by the name of Sudip. About 10 minutes later I walked out the store with the TV. Very smooth transaction.

    I am writing this message while standing and waiting for about 30 minutes for someone to come and show me the ray ban meta glasses (they're locked in a transparent box and I want to try out the large version). I am a regular at this particular location and generally it is alright. But today's been extremely poor in terms of attention to customers. What also doesn't help is that so far 2 people have come and asked me about what home internet I got but no one seems to care about showing me a product I am actually interested in buying. I'm almost about to crash out.
