English* Went to this place to get a phone sales lady was nice at the beginning but when a get my credit approved things get south she try to scam me with a "offer" pissing to sell a JBL speaker that cost 250 on best buy for 350 as a special offer as a gift and i decline to buy that speaker but she insist for around an hour call a "manager" she speak with her on speakerphone maybe she thought I don't understand English and the manager told sales lady to ensure I buy the speaker and the phone protector also to charge me for service and get the most expensive insurance for my phone. Wow that's hunger! Sales lady insist she can't cancel the speaker and get mad when I get enough and walk out so please avoid this place because they are scammers who take advantage of the people that don't read price tags or ask questions beware this business. I'm going to fill a report to BBB

I live in Knights ferry went to my nearest cricket in Oakdale at 6:30 didn't help me said he had no phones & then I was referred to go to MANTECA CRICKET on Yosemite rd with Anie. Not only did she help me with a new phone, my photos and everything was on my new phone and she helped me download dutch bros app and Hbo movies. My parents who are in there late 80s bought a phone from her, and we drove to this cricket for Anie who was genuine and knowledgeable. Thank you Anie we will come back.

Cricket Manteca has amazing customer service, the store is always clean and spotless, and they carry great phones at great prices. Why someone would go somewhere else is beyond me. Cricket keeps it simple. Simple and good.
