  In Spanish first then in English Estas tienda quiso aprovecharse de mi quería comprar un teléfono Motorola y la chica que estaba ahí muy atenta al principio hice mi solicitud de crédito y me aprobaron por una suma superior al precio del teléfono entonces la chica me dijo que si me gustaba la música a lo cual respondí que si y se mete corriendo a la parte de atrás y saca dos bocinas JBL y dice mire estás bocinas vienen con el teléfono que una gran oferta que costaban 800 dólares y que podía dejarmela en 350 y yo me meto a ver el precio en best buy y cuestan 245 y le dije no quiero la bocina ella insistía y la puso en la cuenta sin que yo se lo pidiera ye dice que eran 900 dólares a lo cual respondí por que? Y mire en la máquina y estaba la bocina y le dije no quiero la bocina y ella decía que no podía cancelarla llamo a dos manager y pensaron que no sabía inglés y la manager le decía que tenía que llevarme la bocina obligatorio y ella quería engañarme diciendo que el precio no era ese y que estaba viendo el la máquina de pago y que era más barato en fin me querían estafar la verdad eviten este lugar es gente ventajosa y mentirosa con la gente que se deja engañar cabe resaltar que le dije por más de media hora que no quería la bocina y ella seguía insistiendo que era un regalo poniendo pretextos para no cancelarla y después saco una bocina china y también quetia meterla al precio sin mi consentimiento la verdad se les miraba el hambre de lejos a la vendedora y a la manager eviten este negocio.. English* Went to this place to get a phone sales lady was nice at the beginning but when a get my credit approved things get south she try to scam me with a "offer" pissing to sell a JBL speaker that cost 250 on best buy for 350 as a special offer as a gift and i decline to buy that speaker but she insist for around an hour call a "manager" she speak with her on speakerphone maybe she thought I don't understand English and the manager told sales lady to ensure I buy the speaker and the phone protector also to charge me for service and get the most expensive insurance for my phone. Wow that's hunger! Sales lady insist she can't cancel the speaker and get mad when I get enough and walk out so please avoid this place because they are scammers who take advantage of the people that don't read price tags or ask questions beware this business. I'm going to fill a report to BBB

  Employee SANDRA wanted to charge me a cash fee of 25 dollars to help me create google account after I bought phone!! What scam is this . This is not the first time she scammed my friend did not want to give receipt and charged unknown $60 acc . GET YOUR RECIPET

  Great service at this location Maria was helpful with my Google account that I was locked out from. I recommend this store the workers do care about there customers. Thank you ladies.
